Oyster Bay, New York
planting fields
Planting Fields located in Oyster Bay is one of my favorite locations for an engagement shoot on Long Island. It offers so much variety for different backgrounds and vibes. From Coe Hall, Manor House, Camellia Greenhouse and various other gardens and fields on the property. The photo options are truly endless. One important note is that they do require a permit and a fee in order to shoot there, the permit link and more information can be found HERE!

ring shots!
As with any engagement shoot we HAVE to show off the RINGGG! As you can tell this one did not disappoint. I am always trying to switch up and find creative ways to display the ring during my engagement shoots but these are two of my favorite poses! I love to grab some ring photos featuring the couples faces and also some without to offer a variety of shots. This allows some versatility for the couple to use for Save the Dates, Invites, and any other creative ideas they hope to execute. I just can't get over this SPARKLE in these photos- I am obsessed!
coe hall
Coe Hall always offers such picturesque opportunities. I encourage you to venture around the entire building and experiment with as many different angles as you can because the possibilities at this location alone are truly endless. There was some construction/big lights/messes around Planting Fields and Coe Hall the day we had this shoot but that definitely didn't stop us form getting creative and capturing beautiful moments outside Coe Hall.
your first dance...
I’m all about capturing candid moments, natural movement, and photos that feel real to my couples. One of my favorite go-to prompts during shoots is, “Pretend this is your first dance and just start slow dancing right here right now, don’t worry about me, just get lost in this moment and be present with each other.” Every time, it creates absolute magic.
